Situation
During the first meeting the student had with the manager of the Foundation about the internship assignment and the challenge she could take on, impact monitoring was also discussed.

2. Networking

Situation
One of the important points of the student's assignment is the ability to scan trends and developments in sports and physical activity.

Situation
As part of the assignment and the situation that the Foundation is in, it quickly became apparent that it would be of added value for the development of the student's product to attend the board meetings.

4. Presentations

Situation
An important part of the internship is to involve the entire organisation in the changes that are being made.

5. Congresses & Symposia

Situation
One of the important points of the student's assignment is the ability to scan trends and developments in sports and physical activity.

6. Development

Situation
Part of the student's assignment is the development of the FC Groningen Foundation. This is an ongoing process, with various tasks and actions spread throughout the year.

7. Matchdays

Situation
When doing an internship at a professional football organisation, one of the things that ultimately matters is the matches.

8. Activities FC Groningen Foundation

Situation
During the internship, the student tried to attend as many activities of the Foundation as possible. The Foundation has a wide range of programs and activities.

9. Theory of Change

Situation
After the student's initial research, she quickly came across the Theory of Change and Theory of Action models.

10. Activities FC Groningen

Situation
At the beginning of the internship, the student had already made it clear to herself that she did not only want to focus on one department (the Foundation), but also wanted to make herself available for activities of other departments or for organisation-wide activities.

11. EFDN

Situation
Attending various conferences, such as the More than Football conference of the EFDN, is an opportunity for to get to know employees better, but also to develop as a sports professional.

Extra activities

This chapter describes all the activities that I did outside of the internship organisation, that all have a connection with my professional identity.
