Over the years I have developed enormously. On a personal level, on an academic level, but also on a professional level. I was able to learn a lot, see a lot, and partly because of my attitude I think I was able to get the most out of the training, from Grotius to the manual that I developed in collaboration with the Eredivisie CV. I don't say it often, but I'm a little proud of what I've achieved during these 3 years, and how I've developed myself. You can read my story about the various areas on this website. With this I hope to inspire others and show what is possible if you give 100% effort. 

My road to sports professional in the last year of the study is described in the sub-pages under Year 3. The road to sports professional during the internship at FC Groningen has been devided into 11 chapters, all with a connection to a position on the football field and the impact of that position with a specific situation. Each situational analysis has been done with the support of the scientific method STARR. The STARR method is a commonly recognised communication technique designed to enable the respondent to provide a meaningful and complete answer to questions that ask for examples. Every chapter describes the development of the student as sports professional, with the connection with the Learning pathway-independent Learning Outcomes (LILO’s).
